Need help with my system reg file - p2pnetwork.exe

My computer shows having this p2pnetwork.exe. What brought my attention to the problem was I had Limewire (which I unistalled yesterday) after finding 400+ zip files in my "shared" folder (even though I had share disabled in the limewire program). However every couple hours I would go to this folder and find 100s of zip files always with the same starting letter - one time 100s of "a" zip files, then 100s of "w" zip files never less then 400 files, today I turn on the computer and decide to check this shared file (even though I unintalled limewire) there was over 900 zip files "p" letter. So I went and ran a msconfig and saw this p2pnetwork.exe running in the registry, I went and deleted the p2pnetwork.exe out of the c:\windows\..(somewhere in here - but must of been a fake location), then I disabled the p2pnetwork calls in the msconfig, and made sure my firewall was blocking it, reboot and it all returns to having this p2pnetwork - like I didn't change a thing. I went and just purchased this Registry program ($29.95) and ran it and it didn't repair it. So now I ran the HiJack this program below is a copy of paste of its scan - please tell me what to delete - Thank You Very Much

I have fixed the problem by cleaning out my registry - through the Microsoft RegEdit and doing a search for all "p2p" locations and it is all now clean.

So disregard my post.
