I was wondering if there's a way I can reinstall my os and start my laptop from day one. It was giving to me by a cousin and as no cd's although I do have the Win xp pro serial on the laptop. I do not have a floppy drive so i can't download the start up disk from the Microsoft site. Would I have to call dell and get their cd's or is there another way?
