This error seems to happen to a lot of people.
Basically, whenever I'm playing anything that's semi-graphically demanding (in my case RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Runescape in High detail) I can play fine for a few minutes, but then the screen goes black, come back, and whatever I was doing will crash.

I've got an up-to-date Nvidia Geforce G100.

Looked everywhere for a fix, tried a few but none of them work. I'm really at a loss and I'm fed up of not being able to play games properly on a gaming PC.
