Intel G41 or G31 ?

im planning to upgrade my pc. I need to know which board should i go for.I prefer a cheap board from intel , now my problem is the selection from g31 or g41 chipset.
i may be using a core2quad proceesor and gts 250 card. Help Please.

If I had to choose, I would pick the G41. It has better graphics and supports DDR3 RAM.
