indestructible pop ups [CLOSED]

Hi,
I am getting a 1/5th screen size pop up, that used to behave as a normal pop up. Now it just shows a "page cannot be displayed" screen which cannot be closed or minimized! Have to log out to get rid of it. Grrrr..... I think I may have half killed it using one of...
Ad-aware
Trend Micro online
Microsoft Anti - Spyware.
None of these are getting rid of it.
