Chassis intrusion

I want to add another fan to the case ... and i want to see it running with the open chassis cause i don't know if the air will go in or out. I want the fan to exhaust the air from the case in the rear.

Will the pc work well or will i get a chassis intrusion error if i turn on the computer with the case open ?
