Hello guys,

Non geeky girl here, I'm afraid, and veeeeery confused. I have a Mac OS X and everytime I connect the mass storage device to it I only see some of the folders contained in it. The rest of things, with a lot of files, never appears.

When I use my boyfriend's laptop, with Windows, everything is accessible, but not with my Mac. This is quite urgent as my bf's PC is about to die, and we are transferring some docs to my Mac. I am worried that once the PC dies I won't be able to retrieve the constantly "invisible" files.

Any help out there? pretty please??

Thanks guys,
