I am trying to connect to the internet,I usally use wireless
my son plays poker online,after he played poker the other night
there is no internet connection,not even in the network folder there is a icon in the tray
it says connection status unknown.the dependency service or group failed to start
the computer is a gateway laptop,vista windows and no disk came with it.
I am making a back up disk right now,and ready to try to get help fixing it thank you
