Hello everyone!
I recently bought pieces for a new pc I wanted to build. Here's what I have :

Motherboard : asus p7p55d evo
Processor : core i5 750
RAM : corsair xms3 2x2gb ddr3-1600
Videocard : asus engtx275 896MB
PSU : OCZ GameXStream 700W
HD : caviar green 640GB sata

When I have only the video card plugged in, one stick of ram in the dimm1 and the cpu with heatsink installed the image still doesn't show. I hear a one short beep followed by another short beep. I did all of this after clearing the cmos.

I don't really know what else to try...

Any help would be appreciated ^^

Edit : I tried with an older videocard and it loads, I guess it could be the newer videocard not working?
How could I test the newer videocard to make sure?

If it works with an older video card (is it still PCI-E?) then it should be your video card.
What beeps do you get when using the old video card? Check the beep codes in your motherboard manual to find out the problem.
