Hi, I don't know where you are trying to download Adobe Reader from?
you can download it here

http://filehippo.com...d_adobe_reader/

I like Foxit Reader I think its better and will do the same thing that Adobe
does. You can download it here

http://filehippo.com/download_foxit/

I hope this helps you.

Glad you got Adobe reader and JavaScript. I'm not familiar with your
Company's web site, I suggest you contact some from your Company
that knows how your site works.

Hi, Make sure your Vista is up to date. What service pick do you have?
it should have service pick two. I don't know what kind of browser you are
using? (internet explorer ?) also you could try turning off pop-up blocker in
your browser, with browser open click on tools click on pop-up blocker
to turn it off.
One thing you could try is to download a different browser, such as
firefox and see if that works for you.

http://filehippo.com/download_firefox/

I hope this works for you.
