I haven't been here for awhile due to some bad health things. Now, to top it all, my computer got sick. Two days ago it has begun to do everything slow. A search on the internet takes a while as does text inside a word program.

I know there is a file I need to download but I'm sure it has all changed since my last dealinsg with it. I may be slow getting back on to answer. It will probably be in the morning but am not sure. At least by the afternoon.

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a OTListIt2 log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a OTListIt2 log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Thanks, Broni. I printed out the needed things and will go through the procedure tonight. You can remove this if needed.

I'll be back but I'm pretty slow with everything these days. My mainframe is shot and my programming hangs up every once in awhile. I'd reboot but I'm scared I wouldn't get things going again.

Broni-
I put things on the other thread. It's a little confusing but when I looked back at it you have given very concise instructions...thanks
