brought to repair shop 3 times and still issues

Hi,

I brought my dell xps running xp in for repair 3 times and they say its all set but i get home and its still very slow and all my websearches get hyjacked by spam.
I run Macfee, a paid version... I also use an unpaid Spybot and and unpaid malwarebytes.

I'm attaching my hyjack this scan.
