HELP! I don't know what's happening to my PC

Hi Guys...

I'm a computer idiot & my friend just recommended me this website (even he can't help me).

I don't know what happened to my computer as i can't access all folder access from the C drive and D drive... I'm currently using AVG 9 Free edition and when i run full system scan, it came back clean.

all my folder target suddenly change into this
%WINDIR%\system32\rundll32.exe Shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL "RÊCYCLÊR\ .com" "Games"
%WINDIR%\system32\rundll32.exe Shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL "RÊCYCLÊR\ .com" "Data"
%WINDIR%\system32\rundll32.exe Shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL "RÊCYCLÊR\ .com" "download"

what is going on? my friend tried installing evira & mcafee, but it still came back with the same problems.

Tell me what to do as i'm relatively new and know nothing (or very little) about computers.
