Hi everyone!

I need help with something. This process fssm32.exe is making my computer to run really slow! I try over and over again to end it but it keeps coming up! I saw other posts about this but I'm not sure if I should do the same thing they did or something else... I have an HP laptop, windows vista. Please help!!!
