Can't install firefox or google chrome! it says the file is currupt. this happens with alot of other compressed files. does anyone know the cause?

Surely both files can't be corrupt at the same time. Your PC must be infected with some sort of virus. Update your antivirus. Or your service pac could be 1. First check the Properties of your computer. If you are on service pac1, upgrade to service Pac2 or 3...
