I NEED to upgrade my computer memory. Even as I type this my screen is about 2 words behind. Here is my system (per Everest)

I know that my L drive is verrrryyyy full, but it pretty much needs to be kept.

Anyway... Can this computer hold only 2GB ram? What about Physical Address Extention? Is this possible on my computer and where could I find more information?
