Hello guys! It's my first time to join in here. I'm actually a trainee IT Tech.

I have a problem. My supervisor has given me a particular task to do. He let me bring home this computer. I've tried everything to the best of my knowledge but still not working.

The problem is after I turned on the computer, the OS won't load. The computer will stop at this particular sentence:

Verifying DMI pool data.. then a blinking cursor after that "_"

I've tried everything that I could to fix the OS but nothing happened.

Please I really need help. Tomorrow will be my evaluation day and it will determine whether I should continue my training or not.

I need answers before this day ends.

Wouldn't us giving you the answer be tanatmount to you cheating?

Sort of defeats the prupose of the assignment now doesn't it.

I just can't do it. I think I'm going crazy. I can't fix it.

Maybe I should sleep now and wait for the bad news tomorrow.
