I try all Ad Awere, SpyBot,CleanUp!,CWShredder, TDS-3, ewido security suiteand after all the problems this programs solved i stil could not use my PC normally.What to do?

I don't see to much in your log to be honest.

You are running HijackThis from a temporary folder.
Please save it in a permanent folder (such as C:\HJT). This is to ensure that backups are saved and accessible in the event you should need it.

Open HijackThis.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sais] c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://ny.contentmatch.net (HKLM)

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

g2i2r4, Thank You fore Your time and attention!

So in general the problem is that my PC become so ,so slow , windows explorer is so slow , my internet connection is double slower, when burn cd the max speed is 8x( Teac CD-W540E-before a week i was burning with 32x) because of the buffer which is going to 100% and suddenly downs to 0% and that repeats for every single % of data ritten.Also when PC restarts my antivirus is disable for a min or two and in this interval there is some transffer with i-net.
I hope although my terrible english You `ll get smth;)

You could try to just cleanup a bit.

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.

Find and doubleclick the file cleanup.

Go to option
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:* Cookies
* Prefetch
* Temp
* All users.
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, log off and log on again. This will remove files that were in use during the scan.

Then defragment the disk.
If you have not done this recently, it may take quite some time.
