Computer doesn't boot, DQS training failed, reverted to lower DRAM

HI there, my computer can't boot, even if I restart manually a hundred times, ocassionally it boots but theres a message:"DQS training failed, reverted to lower DRAM speed"... after that press F1 and everything works normally...I think it's some BIOS configuration or Bad RAM...but don't know how to fix it.please help..sometimes I spend 2 days trying to boot it but sometimes only minutes and other times it's inmediate.....(sorry for the bad english)
