I found these files in my C:/Windows drive on my machine. It's a Vista Home Edition one.
Here's the filenames:
PCCJDJDJDJDJNDNAAZXMMSK-3I93939.txt
MCKDKKEKEKEO3039390-2--12MSK.txt
CCJEIIEJE0JMWI-949.txt

The contents were either blank, or a load of random characters.

I did a Malwarebytes scan, but nothing was detected - no virus/trojan, so what is this?

It's only me who has access to the computer, and my last download was a copy of Apache... so what could have caused these files to happen?

Googling them produces no results.
