Hi all, ,
I have my own music webpage via soundclick and have never had any problems, however, on my mums vista pc, she cant play any music from my page as there is a plugin missing. There is a big yellow box with a jigsaw piece on it and the message " plugin not installed ".
Clicking over th area doesnt prompt any installer or take you to a page with further help , , am completly stumped , , any ideas anyone ? ?

If the webpage you speak of is the one in your signature, it requires Adobe Flash Player. Uncheck the box next to "Free McAfee Security Scan (optional) ", then click on the "Agree and install now" button. This version should work with both IE and Firefox. Close all browser windows during the installation.
