Put recovery cd in and follow the prompts.
It should walk you through everything.

Alright, I put in the recovery CD and it gives me 4 options and they're just pictures. One is three CDs stacked on top of each other, one Cd, a Floppy disk, and a picture of 2 computers. I'm assuming its either the 3 Cds or 1 Cd?

Yes do you have 3 cd's or just one?
