Canon EOS stopped working

Hi, I had a Malware problem and after the removal process, I discovered that I was unable to download photos from my camera to the computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled my canon ZoomBrowser EX and EOS utility but the problem remains. I need some help on this.

Are you connecting the camera to the computer or putting just the memory card into a reader?
