i have an activation key but dont know what to use it for and really need to uninstall this software because it wont let me go on any websites
i know i need to login but dont have one and i cant register because i cant find the register thing

Hey I've tried all these steps but when I come to the lspfix bit it says that I need earlier versions of windows to run it.
Anything to help?
