Hi, when I restart my computer I get this screen that says the following:

Does this mean my Hard Drive is going to die? What should I do?

SMART status is effectively the drive telling you it THINKS (key word) it's going to die soon.
SMART attributes vary from drive to drive, from manufacturer to manufacturer and from model to model. They are not 100% cast iron guarantee of the status of a drive.
A drive that says it's going to die soon may do so soon. It may last another three years. It may die tomorrow.
Keep regular back-ups of anything important so if the drive does die, you've got your stuff safe.

Always backup your data with Paragon Drive Backup. You can search them on Google.
They are also free.
Also, you'll need to purchase a new hard drive every 2 years. I did this everytime, just to keep my computer in top shape.

You do not *need* a new hard drive every two years. Most retail boxed drives come with five years warranty.
