Hi,

My Acer Aspire 6920g is not booting up correctly.

When I switch the laptop on it shows me a s message stating "Windows Recovery Error"

"Windows did not shut down successfully. If this was due to the system not responding, or if the system was shut down to protect data, you might be able to recover by choosing one of the safe mode configuration from the menu below:

SAFE MODE
SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT

START WINDOWS NORMALLY"

I am sure the laptop was closed correctly. I am not sure what to do I have tried all options and it gets me nowhere.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
