G'day as of a few days ago whenever i start my computer Windows 98 will not start up normally. It loads up and then a blue screen appears saying A fatal 06 Exception has occurred at 0000:0000006B. I press any key and then it comes up with the same only its an 0E 0028:CO2A3531. I can only start up in safe mode. Can any one tell me what to do.

Thanks.

this is almost always a device driver error...did you update anything lately?

If not, try to update all your hardware drivers.

you check with the manufacturers of your various devices...on re-reading your thread, though, one more obvious issue arises?

Did you recently visit windows updates?
