I have office 2007 on my laptop and office 2003 on my desktop. If I type something on laptop, my desktop cannot open- is there a way to convert?

Two options:

1) When saving files in Office 2007, use Save As > Other Formats > 97-2003

or

2) To open Office 2007 files in Office 2003, install the Office Compatibility Pack
