When charger is out internet shuts off.

Yes, I have another problem. Sigh.

I have a dell inspiron 1521 with windows vista.

If I do not keep my charger in my computer will run slow, and then my internet will shut off. Sometimes it will do that even when I do have the charger in.

The other day my internet just shut off and wouldn't go back on. Usually I can just restart it and it connects, but it wouldn't even show the network I use regularly. It showed other ones, though.
