I want to partition my hard drive (only 40gb) into two sections, one for the existing Xp the other for win7.

a) When I install win7 will it ask me which partition I wish to install it on.

b) Each time I boot up the machine will it ask me which OS I wish to use, or do I need to download another program that will do that.
I want to make the starting proceedure as seamless as possible.

c) This IBM Thinkpad is quite old and the wireless card only does WEP encript, my router is WPA.
Do I have to buy a new card to get around this, I cant find any updates for Actiontec Electronics Inc cards or a generic one.

thanks
