when i get on the laptop and i am online ..I will hear a commercial playing ..I don't see it but I do hear it.. My laptop is slow as well. A
friend said it might be a virus.To do a trend micro hijackthis ..I did it but can't understand the log sheet.. It say to send it to a forums to read it help me know what is to go and stay.I choose ya'll here is he log sheet:

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.

Rorschach112, i did a malware scan and remove 5 theats or virus.. here is a log sheet after removing them ..does it look like a got them all? thanks for all your help!!!
