Hi

I am trying to scan documents into Digital filling. First I got an error "turn on your remote computer" now I get that the folder is full and protected.

I am using a Mac computer
L7680 Printer all in one
Working Parallels with window 7
I tried a PC with window xp professional
no luck.

I found a solution in the forum before but it did not work for me.
pls help
