I keep getting a notification that I have to update my MSN Messenger in order to use it, but when I try to install the new version I keep getting errors.
The Installer will complete - then Rollback without me doing anything.
I get various errors but the most common one is I have cancelled the installation which is simply not true.
I have searched around for the answer, but a lot of the answers I found appear to be outdated. I have managed to uninstall something but whatever it was has made no difference.
Any help is greatly appreciated - please can you give me the idiots guide of what I need to do, as some of the answers I found were far too complicated.
