Trojan Attack, Please Help

Downloaded a plugin to watch a video and my AVG window popped up saying that I got "Trojan Horse Dropper.Generic.BEEN. I scanned my PC through AVG which detected the Trojan and told me it was healed but my PC still runs pretty sluggish, I`ve been getting popups every now and then, and when I type get the "ding" sound as if I was holding down a key too long. I went through the malware guide, downloaded and ran OTS and have the notepad printout which I've uploaded.

I`m a little freaked because I just uploaded my bank account to paypal today
