DT Properties popup window on startup

Hi all,

Recently (for the past 2 or 3 days) the popup window "DT Properties" occurs on startup. I have no idea what prompted this, but while I don't notice any significant performance decrease (which, I assume, can rule out a virus), it does get quite annoying.

I click the 'Restore' option, but to no avail.

I have attached a screenshot of the popup window on startup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
