I recently purchased a CPU online. Is there any software that will check the health of the CPU?

Many thanks in advance.

There shouldn't be anything to check.
Providing the core (top) of the processor isn't cracked and providing the board you put it in supports that processor, it'll be fine.
Processors very rarely go wrong and they quite regularly go through two, three or four boards before the cost of the boards to house it either become unavailable or beyond the worth of the processor itself.
