Lost Desktop Icons - MB and SuperAS show clean

I had an Antivirus2009 attack last week, went through complete combofix clean (with help from this board), and ran fine for a few days.

Today my desktop icons suddenly dissappeared, and if I try to start explorer.exe in the task manager, it pulls up "My Documents" (but doesn't fix the problem...)
