Today I downloaded Quake Live onto my computer from the official website.

While I was playing it for the first time, my computer screen went white for a very short time and then went back to normal.
I figured this was because of the game loading, so I disregarded it.
Since I was chatting with a friend on Msn, I noticed that the Messenger window looked different.
Shorty after that I noticed that my Firefox window also looked different.
I didn't download anything to my computer today besides Quake Live.
I do not think that it was the game.
Not only that but I did not change any settings or anything else.
I am not sure if this will have to do with my computer theme or not,
Since it effected all of my computer windows and application windows.
Also it removed a few features that my computer used to have.

I can not longer hover over minimized tabs and preview it that way.
The "Switch Between Windows" works differently.
I can not change my theme, since it seems to be the new default.
As if it replaced my old one.

Nothing else but my theme, if it is that, has changed.

I have also taken screen shots of what it looked like before and after this happened:

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium,
Model: HP TouchSmart tx2 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD Turion™ X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM-82 2.20 GHz
System type: 64-bit

Also please excuse me, this is my first time posting here.
