Hi,

Please help.

My Windows XP was running great until a website decided to infect my computer. My spyware and AVG both recognised it and removed requesting a re-start to make the change. When it tried to re-boot it makes it as far as the XP logo then shuts down and continually tries to boot up. I have tried safemode, removing the auto-restart, back to last good config etc. and NOTHING works.

Please help!
