Hi, I found this file after running msconfig and checking the programs running on start up.

E:\SpySweeper\SpySweeper.exe

I don't ever remember installing Spysweeper, and it doesn't show as being installed under add/remove programs or anywhere else. I am running Avast, Superantispyware and Spybot S&D, and none of them have picked it up. Come to think of it, I didn't know I had an E drive either!

Could this be malware? And how can I delete it?
