The blue screen of death! please help!

Last night, McAfee stopped working and then what appeared to be a Windows warning of a Trojan virus, and recommended buying their protection software for $$. So after not getting McAfee working, I installed spybot. It scanned and found 800+ problems. I had to stop it 1/3 way thru the scan. Selected fix problems, and it fixed 700 and unable to fix the last 100.

Can't start in any mode (safe mode, last configuration, etc)
when I re-start, just get the constant blue screen of death.
stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x80537009, OxF79EA1BC, 0xF79E9EB8)

I can't find my Windows XP disc anywhere-- but it is a legal copy.

any suggestions?!?!?

Oh lord this is not good. I'm sorry I have to do this to you again but I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
