Hi,

I've followed your steps in our Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide but certain virus still stays in my laptop and a certain ".dll is not found" will show up everytime I shutdown my PC and "C:documents is not found" when I start my laptop. Attached are the results of the steps. Hope you can help me with this.
