I have a problem that will probably be easy enough to fix, but please keep in mind that I am a computer DUMMY and will need pretty detailed instructions. I will do my best to describe my situation. If it doesn't make sense, I will try to clear it up.
Okay, running windows 2000 professional. I reinstalled the same OS due to problems with the original (my fault). I chose to install new (not repair) from CD, and there are no partitions, except for the separate D: drive (info storage). Both OS's show on C: drive.
How do I get rid of the non-working OS on the C: drive?
I will return to this post, or you can send responses to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please refrain from comments on my stupidity, I am well aware of it at this point.
