Audio Ghost Virus

First let me make a disclaimer stating that I know nothing about computers.

Problem: Audio will play on my computer when I'm not even attending it, or running any programs. It sounds like commercials i.e. a Mucinex commercial or Japanese music. Most of the time I'm not even AT my computer. I've ran several virus removers, I have virus protection, (but the free kind-if that matters)but nothing has worked.

Help? Please?
