For your comp. with new cpu and motherboard 450W is more than enough but it's your choice.My opinion is go for Corsair 450W.

No problem! You won't be dissapointed with this power supply.Best brand in PSU bussines and for your comp more than enough btw, with new cpu and motherboard your comp will need appx. 300W-350W top!
