Hello All,

I am new here but in need of some advice.....I recently installed an Iomega home network backup drive that runs through Retrospect Express HD. For all of the computers except one, I have only required that specified files be backed up and for the one, I have requested a full back up. Each time it tries to back up that particular computer, I receive a message telling me that the backup was unsuccessful. It goes on to say that I should go to Tools>Repair Catalog> repair..... however, I can not locate a 'tools' tab in the program......does anyone know where I can locate a tools tab or menu in this software?
