I have Nero 6. My car stereo won't play mp3s, but claims to play DVD-A. Can Nero burn this way? If not, does anyone have an inexpensive alternative?

I am a neophyte so I hope the question makes sense.

I saw that program. It was a bit expensive and I am still not sure what at dvd-a is. Oh, well, still searching.

where cd audio is stereo, dvd-a has 5.1 surround and is recorded at a higher hertz....
