I'm not having any joy finding a cheap used laptop at the moment. Found a few for 150 pounds but this is too much money to spend just to surf the web. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

No local shops, it's a small town. I've looked on ebay which seems to contain a miriad of faulty laptops, it's difficult to whittle out the working ones, I'm getting thousands of hits, there's all sorts of crap on there. People are listing spare parts and all sorts within the laptop category.
