downloads seem to work BUT

when i click to run it disappears bit nothing responds. I was trying to download info so the antivirus program could be checked out for why it disappeared but yet we cannot get another one to download and install. Just now I tried to download a number of helps from your downloads and the run appeared to work but when the next step came up and i ck'd in the affirmative it went offscreen and nothing popped up to continue the process.
this has been over two weeks of frustration with avg andnow this.
