Hi all,
I don't know what happened,I have had this PC for years, upgrading Power Supply, Ram, Graphics card ( about 12 mths ago) etc. But today my PC wont even show BIOS, cleared the CMOS to no avail.
CPU & Case fan spins.
Monitor says no input.
Checked all connections.
Disconnected all SATA drives but nothing. :)
When I shut back down it turns straight off.
Any ideas?

XP Media Centre.
2gb ram
2 x DVD drives on IDE
3 x SATA drives
GT 9600 Video card.

Hi!

I have a question! Did You clear your CMOS by jumper or removing your battery?

Try to remove battery and wait for 30 minutes and that put the battery back and try to start your comp!

I removed the complete Motherboard, all ancillaries etc.
Removed the CMOS battery.
Just connected everything essential to Boot out of the case.
I used an old power supply as well.
Surprise it Booted!
Connected Sata Hard drives again booted fine.
Reconnected my upgraded power supply - fans only started spinning off & on. Then it powered up to run & boot Ok.

So it looks like a dodgy power supply was the problem.

Thanks Bonzai for your suggestions.
